The good propaganda was always a matter of language - define one that suits your needs, teach the public to speak it and they will believe what they say, because it is their own words... The smarter people like to wonder how such things can happen so fast, trying to ignore the ugly fact that most of the humanity has its intelligence bound to its words and not facts and even less logic. Of course, Korzybsky failed to do anything about that, you just can't explain a computer to a cave man.
